Measures to enforce existing laws against drug trafficking and abuse

Measures to put up accessible and affordable Rehabilitation and Rescue centers.

Measures to put up qualified personnel to provide medical care to addicted children.

Measures to address dangers of drug abuse in schools curricula.

Measures to provide specialized staff in all children institutions to detect and deal with drugs and substance abuse.

Measures to provide recreational facilities with varied activities to engage children fully.

But do you think it would make a difference to these statistics?

One in every 11 youths aged 15 -24 years are at least using one drug or substance of abuse majority being boys.

One in every 26 youths aged 15 -24 years are currently using multiple drugs.

One in every 37 youths aged 15 -24 years are currently using cannabis.

One in every 31 youths aged 15 -24 years are currently using tobacco.

One in every 20 youths aged 15 -24 years are currently using alcohol.

One in every 28 youths aged 15 -24 years are currently using khat.
